Print at 100 percent, not fit-to-page
The most common printing mistake is letting the printer scale the page, which shifts the cut lines. Turn off fit-to-page or shrink-oversized-pages and print at 100 percent, or Actual Size, so the cards and cut guides land where they should.

Choose the right paper
Plain paper is fine for games played once. For bingo cards guests hold and mark, a slightly heavier stock holds up better and does not curl. Both run through most home printers.
Cut on the guides
Festafetti prints light cut guides on every sheet: bingo cards two to a page, advice cards four to a page. Cut on the lines and the cards come out even. A paper cutter is faster than scissors for a big stack, but either works.
The short version
Print at 100 percent on US Letter, run a test page, use a heavier stock for cards guests will hold, and cut on the printed guides. That is a clean party pack from a home printer.
